The Beverly Hilton Hotel has long been the host to the film industry’s most respected award show, The Golden Globes. Tragically, this is where Whitney Houston was found dead in her hotel room on Saturday afternoon, a day before the February 11th, 2012 Grammy Award ceremony.

This landmark hotel, built by Conrad Hilton in 1953, is located on more than 8 acres of land, at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvd. A must visit if you’re traveling to Los Angeles, the 570 room, fully renovated building features an olympic size pool, with outdoor restaurant deck, and the very popular Beverly Hills nightclub ‘Plush Ultra Lounge’.
