The residence was previously owned by Mike Medavoy, who produced the Oscar nominated film Black Swan.  The 10,000 square-foot Mediterranean mansion features a chef’s kitchen, study room, gym, and game and media room.  The master suite includes a spa-like bathroom, walk-in closets and a balcony.

The grounds, which include a pool and spa, is situated in a guard-gated Beverly Park community of Beverly Hills.
