Eddie Murphy

The American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, producer, singer, director, comedian, and musician owns this custom built, resort-like estate in the exclusive Beverly Park neighborhood in Bel Air.

The 11,000 sq ft mansion sits on 2.5 acres of land, has 10 bedrooms and is rumored to have cost Murphy $20Mil to build from the ground up.  It is situated in the prestigious Beverly Park Estate, located just off the legendary Mulholland Dr in Beverly Hills, and comes with a detached 5,200 sq ft guest house which has two additional suites.
