First Photos of Michelle Pfeiffer’s Secret Retreat Since Quitting Hollywood
These are the first photographs of Michelle Pfeiffer’s stunning $21million mansion – the palatial retreat she has been living in since quitting Hollywood six years ago.
Pfeiffer, 52, left Los Angeles in 2004 with husband David E Kelley to live in northern California – but the exact location has remained a secret until now. These pictures show their stunning sprawling estate – complete with swimming pool, fitness studio, guest house, horse stables, tennis court – and even a skateboard ‘half pipe’. The 5,250 sq ft expansive house in Woodside, California, has nine bedrooms and is set on 8.7 acres of land.
Despite shunning the Hollywood life, Pfieffer still has several celebrity neighbors including singers Neil Young and Joan Baez, Apple CEO Steve Jobs and actress Shirley Temple. The actress – star of films including “Scarface” and “Batman Returns” – has two children with Kelley, a writer and producer who created shows including “Chicago Hope” and “Ally McBeal”. She took several years off from making films to raise her children and recently has only appeared in “Stardust” (2007) and “Cheri” (2009).
