Fairview Cemetery in Westfield New Jersey will be the burial place to late singer Whitney Houston.
Her casket will be heavily guarded at the New Hope Baptist church until it is transported to the Fairview Cemetery on Sunday afternoon, where her father, John Russell Houston Jr, was laid to rest in 2003. According to Westfield Patch, the February 19th service will be held in private with family and invited guests only. The cemetery will be closed to the public.
Houston’s funeral service was held in Newark, NJ on Saturday at the New Hope Baptist Church. According to Hollywood Life, the ceremony brought dozens of A-listers together to pay tribute to the star.
