Zac Efron has purchased this post-modern rebuild located in the Hollywood Hills for $2.35 million.  The 2,400 plus square foot, 2 bedroom and 3 bathroom home was listed for sale at $2.6 million dollars and was quietly purchased in December of 2008 by first time home buyer, Efron. The young hollywood star’s home was built in 1947, but little remains of the original structure since undergoing a complete remodel. Entire walls of glass disappear in every room for seamless indoor/outdoor flow.
