Barbra Streisand owns this massive cliff-top compound. The Malibu homes are estimated to be worth a combined $100 million dollars.
Streisand bought the three adjacent Point Dume properties back in 1997 after selling and then donating to charity a portion of her former Malibu ranch in the hills. The 10,485 square foot main house was built in 1984 and has 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms all on a 47,085 square foot oceanfront lot. The 2,013 square foot small guest house was built in 1948 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on an adjacent oceanfront lot. The 5,961 square foot large guest was built in 2007 and has 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms on an adjacent oceanfront lot.
Property records show that Streisand paid roughly $5 million for the main house, $3 million for the small guest house, and about $10 million for the newly constructed larger guest house or possible second main house, complete with a standalone barn.
The actress has no plans to sell-off her portfolio of $100 million dollar homes anytime soon. In fact, she had recently remodeled one of the properties, (pictured below).
