The nearly 7,800 square foot residence has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, not including the separate guest house. Perched on a bluff at the end of a private road, the movie star’s living room has panoramic views of the city of Hollywood. Barrymore bought the home in April of 2002 for $4.35 million and has seen it double in value since then.
