The Kardashian has reportedly spent some serious cash on the purchase of her new Beverly Hills party home. The 4,000 plus square foot Tuscan mansion was listed for sale at $4,895,000 and includes 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Features include a grand two-story entry, enormous living room and dining room each with their own fireplaces, beautiful dark walnut floors, a state-of-the-art private media room, an elegant master suite with European ambiance and four additional bedroom suites all featuring sumptuous baths. The resort-like yard with gorgeous flower gardens, sparking pool and waterfall has two outdoor living rooms. The villa was recently featured on Keeping up with the Kardashians on E! Network, where Kim’s house warming party led to a cup cake fight with Mom Kardashian.
Kim is often spotted partying, dining, shopping and socializing in the Los Angeles area. She was recently sighted leaving one of Hollywood’s hot spots, Katsuya Sushi Restaurant in Hollywood, in her Bentley with girlfriend La La Vazquez.
UPDATE: Kim Kardashian filed for a divorce from Kris Humphries on October 31, 2011. Ryan Seacrest, producer of Kim’s reality shows, tweeted about the divorce writing, “Yes @kimkardashian is filing for divorce this morning. I touched base with her, getting a statement in just a few mins.”
