Lisa Kudrow was living with husband Michel Stern in a modest condo in Santa Monica and did not move up in the world until the third season of “Friends.” They bought a beautiful Spanish style home in 1997 for $1.7M and spent $800K on restorations just in time for the arrival of their first baby. The house is located in Beverly Hills and has a pool and a tennis court .
