This massive compound belongs to actor Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith. Although Smith has owned many luxury mansions for years, this particular home has just gone through two years of major renovations.
During the extended construction, the family has been living in one of their other extravagant homes nearby. The ranch style estate worth nearly $20 million is situated in a secluded spot in the Santa Monica mountain range just above Malibu and was recently featured in the Architectural Digest magazine. Amenities include full size sport courts for basketball & tennis, a sand volleyball court, pool, batting cages, guest house, horse facilities, a private lake and gym all hidden behind a gated drive.
