He sold the 5-bed, 8,932 sq ft home, equipped with a 2,500-square-foot detached gym, a full-sized boxing ring and a full-sized Boston Celtics-themed basketball court, in 2008. Other property features include an outdoor putting green, custom designed pool with waterfall and grotto. Wahlberg’s asking price for this Beverly Hills mansion was a modest $13.9 million dollars.
