Most Expensive Mansion Purchased in LA by Gary Winnick for $92Mil

Gary Winnick is is s Chairman and CEO of Pacific Capital Group.  His Bel Air mansion, valued at $92 million and considered the most expensive home purchased in Los Angeles history.

Winnick purchased the 30,000-square-foot (2,800 m2) mansion on 9 acres (36,000 m2), known as Casa Encantada, in September 2000 from David Murdock. The house with 7 bedrooms and 20 baths also includes tennis courts, a swimming pool and pool house. Currently he lives in this house.
