Nicolas Cage sold 3 properties and his 132 foot Yacht in 2008

Nicolas Cage has sold this New Orleans home for $3.7 million. It was his third house to go on the market in 2008, probably the worst time to have for real estate.

In addition to the 13,000 sq. foot New Orleans home , Cage has listed has sold his homes in Rhode Island and Bel Air. He also recently sold his 132 foot yacht for a reported $7.7 million.
