Tiger Woods paid $38 million for this expansive waterfront compound. Tiger’s main home is in Florida, on Jupiter Island, with a population around 650 people, and has the highest per capita income per household anywhere in the United States.
The estate includes a 9-bedroom 13-bathroom main house and two guest-houses. Amenities include a boat dock, two swimming pools, a tennis court, basketball court, gym, spa, media room, and of course a golf driving range. The property borders the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the intra coastal waterway on the other. When purchased this was the largest amount ever paid for a home in Florida’s Martin County.
