Paul Reiser is a stand-up comedian, actor, television personality, author, screenwriter and musician. He lives in the exclusive, gated Beverly Park community of Beverly Hills.
This house is also the former home of rock drummer Alex Van Halen. The seven-bedroom, 14,547-square-foot mansion on 4.373 acres at 32 Beverly Park Terrace in Beverly Hills, which Mr. Reiser purchased in 1998 through his Chatham Living Trust for an undisclosed price (suspected to be worth just under $6 million) from rocker Alex Van Halen, who had built the mansion in 1993.
Neighbors include actors Sylvester Stalone, Eddie Murphy and Denzel Washington, as well as musician Rod Stewart, comedian Martin Lawrence and many others.
