Skateboarder & MTV2 Reality Show Star Rob Dyrdek’s House

Professional skateboarder and reality TV star Rob Dyrdek has paid $2,459,000 for a 4,706-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills.

Dyrdek completed the purchase just three days after his MTV2 reality show, “Rob & Big,” aired its final episode. Built in 2005, Dyrdek’s new house had been on the market for $2,585,000. The house has either four bedrooms and sits on a 0.25-acre lot, according to public records. There’s no word on what will happen to Dyrdek’s existing, 2,792-square-foot house in the Hollywood Hills, which he purchased for $1,400,000 in 2005.
