Since 1927, The Hollywood Roosevelt has been the playground of luminaries including Clark Gable and Marilyn Monroe and is the birthplace of the Academy Awards.

Located in the heart of Hollywood, the hotel’s David Hockney pool, Marilyn Monroe Suite, and Teddy’s nightclub ooze Old World glamour, while the 300 modern guestrooms complete this one-of-a-kind experience. In 2005, all 300 rooms and public areas underwent a complete renovation led by acclaimed L.A. Designer Dodd Mitchell. The guestrooms include over 60 newly renovated cabana rooms with private terraces and pool views and 240 luxurious rooms featuring scenic views of the Hollywood Hills.

The nightlife scene makes the Hollywood Roosevelt one of the world’s most exclusive destinations. Opening in February 2011, Public Kitchen and Bar will provide a more casual menu with straightforward cooking. 25 Degrees offers a stylish take on a 1950s Burger Bar. The swimming pool, which is surrounded by the Tropicana Bar features an underwater mural by David Hockney.
