Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher prepare for their little bundle of joy by rearranging major pieces of real estate in their lives. The expectant parents have given new meaning to the term nesting, by using the housing market as their cleaning supply of choice. A sprawling new $10 Million Beverly Hills Mansion is what the newest family member will come home too.
Ashton Kutcher set the pace when he listed his 9,386 square ft. home for $12 million in early April and sold it for $9.92 million. Despite the reduced sale price, there was still a healthy profit after only paying $8.45 million for the property in 2008. It wasn’t long after, that pregnant fiancé Mila Kunis followed his lead and listed her 5,000 square foot Mediterranean influenced home for $4 million. The couple both decided to redesign their lives to include a little less real estate and a more family oriented property that would be perfect for their newest family member.
The Family Home
Together, the couple purchased a 7.351 square foot Beverly Hills mansion for $10.215 million. Reported as being a modest property with an intimately designed floor plan perfect for families, it is noted as a bit different from either of the pads they’ve owned before. The front door opens to the beauty of nature trails that can be enjoyed by the family for outings. The home is located in a gated community in the prominent 90210 area with familiar faces such as, Cameron Diaz and Nicole Kidman.
The purchase of the home led to immediate upgrades of the existing property to include the personality of Mila, Ashton and baby to be. It’s about 2,000 square feet smaller than either of the homes owned by the couple in the past, but the three bedroom, four bath property is completely manageable with a new baby on the way. The patios were retiled with grey slate stone for an enhanced look to the classic style it possess. The more contemporary features of the home include an immaculate kidney shaped pool that has been fenced off for safety measures. The home is perfectly planted in beds of greenery which presents a complete feel of a family like atmosphere.
