Horoscope
Capricorn horoscope this week
Week of 5 October 2026
This week, Capricorn, the Moon moves from your eighth house to your tenth, and the Sun stays in your tenth: your work in the world and what you are known for.
Mars sextile Uranus, across your eighth and sixth houses
Mars and Uranus give each other a hand this week, joining your eighth house (intimacy, trust and what you share with others) to your sixth (daily work, routines and the to-do list). Make a small move towards a task you have put off because it is dull; it meets little resistance now.
This week's changes
Saturday: New Moon in your tenth house
Saturday's New Moon opens a new chapter in your tenth house: your work in the world and what you are known for.
Where the planets are for you
Mercury in your eleventh house
With Mercury in your eleventh house, the conversations this week are about friends, groups and plans for the future.
Venus in your eleventh house, retrograde
With Venus in your eleventh house, affection gathers around friends, groups and plans for the future. Enjoy it without overthinking it. Venus is retrograde, so treat friends, groups and plans for the future as a review rather than new ground.
Mars in your eighth house
This week Mars stirs your eighth house. Use the drive on trust between you and someone close before it turns into irritation.
Jupiter in your eighth house
With Jupiter in your eighth house, a secret you are keeping can grow this week. Say yes to the larger version.

Computed from the real positions of the planets by the solar-chart method: your Sun sign is read as the first house and every planet by the house it falls in. Dates follow your own calendar day; without JavaScript they follow New York. For entertainment and self-reflection; not a prediction of health, money or legal outcomes.
